Initially when I design this head piece, the main idea was for the elements to look like chain. Figure 1 and 2 shows the initial design of the elements.

figure 3 shows the elements that were made by forging wire and soldering balls together with a jumpring at the ends as to attach to each other. These were all made individually by hand and no casting included,this was taking a long time to make. The connection between the two elements were quite weak because there were to many solder joints.

figure 4 shows a different element that might work better. I want to use the batik wax tool to draw the pattern so that it is delicate and detailed.

i used a graver to engrave lines to fill in the spaces that looked bare as shown in figure 1, im engraving lines that cross over

now that the domed flowers for the diamante stones are done(figure 1),need to cast the other elements and clean them.

 figure 2 and 3 shows the mould that i had made earlier using 1 master element that i spent one entire day piercing and filing round,sanded,polised than made a mould off.

the elements are being cleaned in sulphuric acid (figure 5)

Used 0,1 mm thin silver.used a compass to mark the circle 2mm diameter. Used my tin snipps to cut the circles out as shown in figure 1,it was easy to cut through thin sheet however the metal is very sharp,used needle files to round them off.

I used small ball punches and doming blocks to make the little domes as shown in figure 2.

figure 3 shows 7 domes placed upside facing down so i could solder from the back.

figure 4 shows the flowers made. from the right is the first attempt and this got better by the second and third flower.

bridal head accessory

this was a picture given to me by my cousin who is getting married and wants two bridal head pieces. she also asked if i could add my mehndi touch to i and tweak it so that it looks like its mehndi-like.
these were my designs.

some patterns were of Roome's were similar to that of the picture reference given to me by my cousin

using wax rolling worked well for these small elements

i aslo spend one entire day piercing this one element and filing it and sanding it to make it perfect so that i could make a mould of them and cast.

and my hand pieced flowers. lloks like everything is slowly coming together.

beaded bangles and waist belt for deities

made slinky bangles so they are adjustable,just wraps around the arm,you dont sqeeze your hands through.

the belt was made using ribbon,beads and sequins.the ribbon will just be tied around the deities waist.
